How can I book?

Quickly and easily directly on our website – with the best price guaranteed. Unfortunately, we do not offer telephone bookings.

Do I need a credit card to make a booking?

Yes, a credit card is required for flexible instalments. For non-cancellable instalments, payment can also be made via PayPal.

Can I also make bookings by telephone?

No, bookings can only be made online. We are happy to help if you have any questions!

Can I bring my pet?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

How can I change/cancel my booking?

Can I book/reserve a parking space?

You can book your parking space with us upon arrival, subject to availability. Unfortunately, advance reservations are not possible.

Where is the Hotel Europäischer Hof located?

The hotel is centrally located in Munich, directly opposite the main railway station. It has excellent connections to all public transport.

Are there parking spaces?

Yes, we offer parking in the hotel’s courtyard and underground car park for €24/night, subject to availability upon arrival. Reservations are not possible. Please note that the underground car park may not be suitable for very large cars.

Are there charging stations for electric cars?

Yes, there is a charging station in the underground car park. You can charge your car safely and in an environmentally friendly manner with 100% climate-neutral green electricity from Stadtwerke München. Additional fees may apply per charging process on top of the regular parking fee of €24/night.

How do I get to the hotel?

By train

Leave the main station at platform 11 via the south exit ‘Bayerstraße’. It is only 180 steps to the hotel, where we look forward to welcoming you.

From Munich Airport

The S-Bahn lines S1 and S8 take you directly to the main station. Leave the station at platform 11 via the south exit ‘Bayerstraße’ and walk 180 steps to the hotel.

By car

If you are travelling to Munich by car, please follow the signs for ‘Zentrum/Hauptbahnhof’ (city centre/main railway station). Turn right from Bayerstraße onto Senefelder Straße. The first entrance on the right-hand side leads directly into our courtyard.

When can I check in?

Arrival is possible from 3 p.m. (early check-in surcharge: €20, subject to availability) until late at night.

Rooms

Is there air conditioning in the rooms?

No, the hotel does not have air conditioning. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans.

What types of rooms does the Hotel Europäischer Hof offer?

Single room:
Ideal for solo travellers, comfortable and well equipped.

Double room:
Perfect for couples or friends.

Triple room:
Suitable for small groups or families, with an additional sofa bed for up to three guests.

Are there rooms for smokers?

No, all rooms are non-smoking rooms.

What amenities do the rooms have?

Our rooms are equipped with toiletries (soap and hair & body shampoo), a hairdryer and hypoallergenic bedding. Each room has a small mini fridge (unfilled).

Yes, we offer a rich breakfast buffet with a wide selection.

Breakfast is served daily from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

Hotel guests can enjoy breakfast for €19.90 per person per day. Children under 10 years of age eat for free.

Can breakfast be booked on site?

Yes, breakfast can also be booked spontaneously on site.
